Services

As a therapist with a clinical background I am trained to support individuals throughout their healing journey in individual counseling. I also provide consultation to clinicians who are seeking to grow their skillsets in the areas of trauma and major life transitions. For a number of years I have provided community organizations (nonprofit agencies, health districts, churches, schools) with presentations to educate and provide skills for responding to mental health issues.

Individual Counseling

Building a safe, non-judgmental space to process and build skillsets to respond effectively to life challenges in a solution focused manner.

Consultation

Case consultation for clinicians working to better understand and respond to issues related to trauma, anxiety, and life transitions.

Community Presentations

Talks and educational presentations on trauma, anxiety, coping strategies, and supporting loved ones and friends through mental health challenges.

Rates and Insurance

John Rowe Counseling provides individual counseling for $150/session.

John is currently in network with the following insurance panels: Aetna, Oscar, Oxford, and United.

Community presentations are provided at no charge.

John provides free, hour long consultations for anyone seeking care or navigating the mental health system.
